A Novel Reliability Evaluation Method for Distribution Networks with Distributed Generation
Résumé fourni par la source
With the advancement of smart grids, renewable energy generation, and energy storage technologies, traditional distribution networks have gradually developed into new power distribution systems, incorporating a large number of distributed generations, electronic power devices and control equipment. To evaluate the impact of distributed generations on system reliability, a reliability evaluation method of distribution network with distributed generations is proposed. First, the system topology is identified using graph theory, which helps in determining its connection relations and power supply paths. Then a matrix operation relationship between the impact of equipment failure on load point power outages and the power outage time was established combined with the failure mode and impact analysis method. Finally, an island partitioning scheme and model solution method are developed to refine the reliability calculation indices for load points within the island. The effectiveness and practicability of the proposed algorithm are validated using a modified IEEE RBTS Bus 6 feeder F4 test case. The results demonstrate that reasonable grid connection schemes of distributed generations can effectively reduce the average power outage duration and enhance the overall power supply reliability of the system.
