Le résumé fourni par la source
In this paper, a novel dual-rotor inner-stator axial flux permanent magnet vernier motor(AFPMVM) that utilizes stator teeth as magnetic field modulation components is investigated and analyzed for the in-wheel direct-drive applications. Two variations of this topology are implemented, featuring both a toroidal winding and a drum winding. First of all, this paper conducts a comparative analysis of the performance of two aforementioned AFPM topologies and traditional radial-flux motor. Then, a quasi three-dimensional analysis method is utilized to verify the electromagnetic performance, ensuring that the design meets the required specifications. Next, stator and rotor structures were designed and simulated to analyze the stress and deformation of different components during installation and motor operation. Finally, based on the results of finite element analysis, the AFPM motor with a toroidal winding was selected for comparison and a prototype with a maximum torque of 135Nm was manufactured. The results show that the AFPM proposed in this article has significant advantages in both torque and efficiency.
