Le résumé fourni par la source

With the rapid development of industrial robot technology, the cybersecurity risk it faces is also increasing. Proposing a safety grading evaluation tool applicable to industrial robots plays an important role in preventing and minimizing accidents, providing decision-making basis for relevant departments. In this paper, a set of safety grading evaluation software for industrial robot system is developed by combining the safety grading evaluation method of industrial robots, using Spring Boot and Vue as the front-end and back-end development frameworks, and adopting SQL Navigator as the background database. The software provides users with an intuitive and efficient safety evaluation tool through the functions of data association, indicator selection and risk value calculation. Designed with a four-layer architecture, the system can quantify the risks faced by industrial robotic systems and generate concise and intuitive safety grading evaluation reports, which provide a scientific decision-making basis for the safety management of enterprises, thus strengthening the ability to assess the potential impact of industrial robotic system safety events.
