The city of DKI Jakarta faces challenges of increasing population growth and migration. This phenomenon has led to a rising demand for land, driving land conversion and the development of densely populated residential areas, including slum areas. The impact threatens environmental sustainability, as the water infiltration areas experience a decrease and increase the risk of floods. This project calculates the suitability of green open space availability in Jakarta while analyzing the availability of green open spaces and slum environments regarding the flood potential in Jakarta using correlation and clustering analysis, thereby generating recommendations for areas based on the urgency of flood management. The initial stage involves exploratory data analysis to interpret the distribution of green open spaces (RTH), slum areas, and flood conditions based on secondary data. A quantitative descriptive approach with correlation research method is applied to explore the relationship between RTH, slum environments, and flood conditions. K-Means Clustering is used to identify patterns and classifications emerging from the data. The novelty introduced is the integration of correlation analysis with cluster analysis on geospatial data, where cluster analysis is conducted based on the results of the correlation analysis. The methods employed demonstrate a correlation between slum environmental conditions and flood potential in Jakarta. The combination of the results from the methods employed yields recommendations for intervention in the districts of Jatinegara and Cengkareng, which have a high urgency for addressing slum settlements due to their high correlation with floods.
