Le résumé fourni par la source
Interpersonal relationships are believed to be the main cause of turnover in Japanese nursing care settings [1]. Although nursing care robots aimed at improving communication in nursing care environments are known, existing research has mainly focused on the interactions between robots and elderly people [2]–[7]. There is insufficient research on how interactions between users and caregivers facilitated by robots affect the surrounding environment. As cross-border nursing care scenarios increase [10] [16], more diverse communications are expected [11] [16]. In this pilot study, we install AI-equipped communication robots in nursing care facilities in Taiwan, China, and Japan, and analyze the process of on-site interactions using fieldwork and VC-IOE research methods [3] [4].
