Reliability prediction of process pumps Based on weibull proportional hazards model and grey theory

Using the grey theory to predict the operating state of the process pumps, a short-term prediction method of the reliability for the process pumps is given in this paper. Firstly, the metabolic theory and Markov theory are applied to improve the basic grey prediction model to enhance the prediction accuracy of the operating states of process pumps. Then, the failure life and operating states are used to model the proportional risk model, and the maximum likelihood method and Newtonian iterative method are used to solve the model parameters. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by experimental analysis.
