The socio-legal inquiry presents a broad reasoning to the awareness of Intellectual Property Rights and Innovativeness outlook at University of Sierra Leone constituent colleges. It pursues to inquire the odd difficulties encountered by these establishments or institutions of Tertiary education in overseeing Intellectual Property on the framework of socio-legal foundation, financing drifts of social innovativeness and inquiry notions including marketing of inquiry notions and innovativeness. The socio-legal inquiry also evaluates the social question of marketing or freely available once it approaches to notions and innovativeness that commence in these constituent colleges of tertiary education. The indicated plight that normally emerges owing to the contradictory functions of institutions of tertiary education; their function in quest of innovativeness and inquiry as well as their principal function of furthering access to social education. The socio-legal inquiry discuss the demand for funding in competence constructing as a suggest of promoting development and success or fulfillment of Intellectual Property Rights at University of Sierra Leone. It also discusses the demand of partnership with other establishments, departments, administration, sponsors, and other meaningful leaders to upgrade allocate standard protocols, proficiency and funds. The socio-legal inquiry completes by proposing the demand for evolving stitched demand schemes, strategies and structure that more effectively improve and oversee Intellectual Property, promote innovativeness and contribute to the socio-economic growth of the nation whilst exploiting privileges that come with social innovativeness.
