Strategic priorities of technological development: Approaches and tools

The relevance of the study is determined by the importance of finding management solutions by industrial enterprises for the effective implementation of sustainable development goals and strategic priorities of industrial development. For the transition to a high-tech economy, it is necessary to ensure synchrony and balance in the development of various industrial enterprises and their integrations. This will require changes in the elements and links between enterprises and the external environment, which necessitates the formation of a new institutional system of industrial integrations. The issues related to institutional transformation, managerial and socio-economic models of development and functioning of industrial integrations are currently insufficiently studied. The article defines the strategic priorities of industrial development, the principles of industrial integration formation. The necessity to evaluate technological development from the position of system approach is substantiated. The tools for implementing the strategy of institutional transformation of industry are proposed.
