Musculoskeletal problems in office environments are detrimental to workers' health. Therefore, the present review aims to evaluate the level of risk in office workers with musculoskeletal problems by applying the ROSA method to improve working conditions and workers' health. For this purpose, a descriptive, quantitative design was used, belonging to a systematic review without meta-meta-analysis.to a systematic review without metaanalysis.A total of 214 original articles were identified in the Scopus database, of which 13 met the inclusion criteria developed with the PRISMA statement. The results showed that age is a significant determinant of being able to present musculoskeletal problems in office workers. Also, the main musculoskeletal problems are located in the neck (38%), lower back (29%) and shoulders (23%), and workers reported greater problems of musculoskeletal disorders in offices where the ROSA method was not applied. It was concluded that workers over 40 years of age have a high risk that requires a necessary action; also, pain in the neck, lower back and shoulders appear because they are the parts of the body that have repetitive movements or are static for a long time, also, the implementation of the ROSA method in office workers helps to reduce the levels of musculoskeletal disorders.
