Design of Intelligent Rehabilitation Products Based on Artificial Intelligence

We explored how to use AI to optimize the design of rehabilitation products and enhance user experience and emotional satisfaction. By analyzing the latest research results in intelligent product interactive design and integrating specific cases, we investigated how to apply the concepts of the ontological layer, behavioral layer, and value layer for product design. Midjourney was used to design practice rehabilitation products, and development trends in intelligent rehabilitation product design were researched. We constructed cloud-symbiotic scenario data and used big data to develop product interactive design solutions. The designed upper limb rehabilitation robot demonstrated excellent performance in improving patients' range of motion and muscle strength at home with enhanced user satisfaction. Using technological innovation and optimization, intelligent rehabilitation product design can significantly improve rehabilitation products and user experience and guide sustainable development and co-creation of value.
