The study explores the factors affecting the adoption of emerging technologies in warehouse management. There are limited studies in the literature on factors that affect the adoption of emerging technologies in warehouse management. The advent of Industry 4.0 and the demand for next-day delivery services has grown in unison with the rapid growth of multi-channel transactional volume in warehouse management and supply chain processes. Understanding the factors is important for the adoption of emerging technologies to be beneficial. Therefore, this study aims to fill that gap. The study adopted a systematic literature review to explore the factors that affect the adoption of emerging technologies in warehouse management. The Technological, Organizational, and Environmental (TOE) framework was used to explore the factors in the above-mentioned study. The study used quantitative content analysis to analyse data collected from published articles. The study results suggest that the technological factor (relative advantage), the organisational factor (management), and the environmental factor (market structure) were the most dominant factors affecting the adoption of emerging technologies in warehouse management. The paper contributes to the body of knowledge on factors affecting the adoption of emerging technologies in warehouse management.
