In recent years, the world has been increasingly concerned about energy scarcity and environmental pollution. This has led to a greater emphasis on developing renewable energy sources. To address the challenges of renewable energy variability, an effective solution is to use energy storage systems. To establish a seamless connection between the energy storage system and the grid, the incorporation of a bidirectional DC-DC converter is imperative. Flyback converters emerge as the preferred choice owing to their uncomplicated circuit structure, electrical isolation, compact dimensions, cost-effectiveness, and straightforward installation procedures. The interleaved parallel Flyback converter plays a pivotal role in minimizing current ripple and mitigating voltage and current stresses, concurrently enhancing power density and rating. Nevertheless, the presence of leakage inductance in the transformer results in voltage spikes generated by the Flyback converter. This paper introduces a novel high-gain interleaved active-clamped bidirectional Flyback converter, and meticulously analyzes its operating principles. The study elucidates the parameter design process and conducts simulations based on the designated parameters. The simulation results align with the theoretical analysis, affirming the feasibility of the proposed converter.
