Robust Optimal Dispatch Model for Multi-Area Interconnected Power System Considering Flexible Operation Mode of Carbon Capture Power Plants
Le résumé fourni par la source
A decentralized coordinated low-carbon optimal dispatch model of interconnected power system with multi-flexibility resource access is proposed to effectively promote new energy consumption in the sending area and improve the problem of insufficient flexible regulation capacity in the receiving area. Firstly, a mathematical model of carbon capture power plants (CCPPs) with integrated flexible operation approach is established to analyze the net output power operation range and to explore the “energy time-shift” characteristics of CCPPs with the flexible operation mode. Secondly, according to the actual power supply composition of China's sending and receiving areas, taking into account the operating characteristics of tie-line, a fully decentralized optimal dispatch model of interconnected power system is constructed based on alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM). Finally, the example analysis verifies that the proposed dispatch model is able to coordinate and optimize the flexibility regulation resources in the sending and receiving areas, reduce carbon emissions, and improve the economy of system operation.
