This is a case report of a patient who presented multiple times to a district general hospital with symptoms caused by gastric polyposis.Eventually, the patient underwent a total gastrectomy due to persistent symptoms and the high number of polyps in her stomach.We investigate the possible causes of the patient's polyposis and review the current guidelines on management and surveillance.
