This article is devoted to the analysis of the current state and challenges facing the primary health care system in the modern world. The study includes a review of existing primary health care models, identification of key trends and challenges, and proposals to improve the availability, quality, and effectiveness of primary health services. The article addresses the introduction of technology, quality management, training of health personnel and the impact of socio-cultural aspects on the provision of primary health care. The analysis makes it possible to identify optimal strategies for the development of primary health care that contribute to maintaining the health of society and promoting the sustainable development of the health care system as a whole.
