The 8 th Biennial Meeting of ASGO 2023 was 1,148.7 (IQR, 2,434.0).In terms of staging, 12 patients (54.5%) were diagnosed at stage 3, 9 patients (40.9%) at stage 4, and one patient (4.5%) at stage 1.Histologically, 19 patients (86.4%) had serous tumors, while one patient (4.5%) each had an endometrioid tumor and a carcinosarcoma, respectively.Furthermore, 4 patients (18.2%) had BRCA mutations, 10 patients (45.5%) did not have BRCA mutations, and the median number of cycles of NAC was 3 (IQR, 0.0).There were no significant differences in age, CA125 levels at diagnosis, stage, histology, BRCA mutation status, or the number of cycles of NAC between patients who achieved pCR and those who did not. However, in contrast to pCR patients, those without pCR had significantly higher rate of both recurrence (67.9% vs. 22.7%, p<0.0001) and death (25.7% vs. 0.0%, p=0.006).Additionally, patients who achieved pCR showed significant improvements in both PFS and OS compared to those without pCR (p<0.0001 and p=0.010, respectively). Conclusion: This multi-center study has revealed that patients who attained pCR following NAC had more favorable survival outcomes than those without pCR.In conclusion, pCR may serve as an independent prognostic factor for ovarian cancer patients who are treated with NAC.
