Le résumé fourni par la source

Reserve ancillary services are important for handling the uncertainty of renewables in power systems. In the market environment, reasonable price signals are used to guide the optimal allocation of reserve ancillary services. In general, price signals are formed by market clearing. However, the current market clearing methods do not consider the controllability of renewables (in this paper, it refers to the power cap of renewables), which is essential for accommodating large-scale renewables. As a result, the reserve price signals cannot reflect the influence of the controllability of renewables. To fill this gap, the operating reserve price component considering the controllability of wind power is formed in this paper based on the locational marginal price theory. The influence of the wind power cap on the reserve requirement and wind power curtailment is analyzed and analytically modeled. Based on this, the energy-reserve joint market clearing model considering the wind power cap is established. Moreover, the operating reserve component in locational marginal prices is derived. Case studies demonstrate that the proposed method can achieve the trade-off between the reserve pressure and wind power curtailment. Besides, the reserve cost allocation can be reasonably implemented through the derived operating reserve price component.
