The files are arranged according to the figures. Fig.1b and c.zip- This folder contain .rtdc file format. The data can be read by shapeOut and ShapeOut2 softwares which can be downloaded from https://www.zellmechanik.com/Download.html. Fig.2- WB and 2D-rawdata.zip- This folder contains the blot images of 1D western blots which can be analysed by using imagej or fiji. The file also contain the 2D diagonal blot images in .svg format, .scn files of the blots which can be opened using image studio. Fig.3a-Amnis Data- This folder contains .fcs files and images of cells in .png format obtained from image flowcytometer.
