Study on the chemical constitution of recycled asphalt
Résumé fourni par la source
Asphalt regeneration has become the research focus of highway low-carbon construction. The change of components in the aged asphalt regeneration process was tested by a bitumen four-component test. The relationship between the amount of regenerating agent and its chemical components and physical properties was studied. The regeneration mechanism of aged asphalt was revealed. The results showed that with the increase in regeneration times, the content of asphaltene in asphalt increased, and the content of aroma and gum decreased. After regeneration, the colloidal instability index increases, and the general performance index of asphalt can be recovered.
