Green hydrothermally synthesized ultrathin Mg-doped CuO nanoflakes: a structural, electrical and dielectric study
Rattachement africain : Égypte, de, sa. Niveau de preuve : code pays fourni par la source.
Le résumé fourni par la source
Pure and Mg-doped CuO nanoflakes were synthesized by a surfactant-free hydrothermal approach. The electric and dielectric properties of CuO can be tuned by optimizing the Mg doping level.
