This chapter highlights technical and practical knowledge crucial for the learning and competence of the multidisciplinary team involved in theranostics. With the increasing number of streamlined and emerging radiotheranostic applications seen on the horizon of clinical practice, the cornerstone of the success of this highly technical clinical intervention is a competent multidisciplinary team equipped with evidence-based knowledge and technical skills to ensure the success of this approach. Cognizant of the fact that theranostics is already part of the approved training curriculum, suggested approaches in terms of additional learning activities and competency assessments are offered to provide more specialized training in the field of theranostics.
