The Influence of Intelligent Manufacturing on Employees' Creative Process Input: The Regulated Mediation Mechanism

In this study, by analyzing the research data of 1,189 employees in an advanced manufacturing enterprise, the research results show that (1) challenging pressure is an intermediary between intelligent manufacturing and creative process input. (2) Employee resilience positively regulates the relationship between challenging stress and creative process input. The higher the employee resilience, the stronger the relationship between the two. (3) The influence of intelligent manufacturing on employees' creative process input challenging pressure plays a mediating role in the regulation. This study reveals the path of intelligent manufacturing affecting the creative process input of employees, as well as the mediating role of challenging pressure and the regulating role of employee resilience. It provides the theoretical basis and practical reference for intelligent manufacturing enterprises to promote the creative process input of employees.
