The abundance of biomass from marine algae that characterizes the countries of extensive coastal marine environment in tropical regions, can promote economic exploitation particularly offered by technological advances and major projects in biofuel production, translating promising prospects in the management of power energy generation to today's society. This work seeks to identify and evaluate the processes more suited to bio-energy algae which present itself on a daily basis on the coast of beaches in Maceió through movements of ebb and flow of tides, in order to enable the creation of a sustainable model of power generation energy from seaweeds. The eastern coastline of Maceió is covered by an extensive training barrier corals that identifies modern folds of Rocky reefs constitution represented by coral, where its relief is aggregated geologically to the continental shelf. Such training saves a valuable ecosystem in which her cover of seaweeds phytogenic qualifies through high phycocolloids or extensively stocked with great concentration nut with viability for the generation of heat in thermoelectric and biofuels industries. The observation of the enormous potential of natural algae biomass which is collected daily in urban beaches of Maceio by municipal government and often dropped in "garbage dump" of the city, public transport costs with a lot of onus, workmanship and use of specialized vehicles forming the collection. The aggregate environmental liability by elevation of accumulated organic matter in the garbage dumps without any action of this important recycling and utilization, natural resource enables the various analysis technologies usage procedures aimed at the recycling of plant biomass, where he backed the maritime city of Maceió to acquire modern sustainability processes using your organic waste.
