Аллергический ринит занимает значительное место в структуре аллергопатологии детского населения. Число пациентов с указанным заболеванием в общей популяции неуклонно увеличивается, приобретая масштабы эпидемии во всем мире и требуя от педиатров и аллергологов разработки и внедрения новых методик диагностики и лечения аллергического ринита в детском возрасте. Существует ряд лекарственных препаратов, используемых в терапии данной аллергопатологии, выбор которых с целью лечения аллергического ринита определяется как характером течения заболевания, так и степенью тяжести клинических проявлений данного респираторного аллергозаболевания у пациентов детского возраста. Представленная обзорная статья посвящена вопросам этиологии, патогенеза, современной классификации аллергического ринита, клиническим проявлениям данного заболевания у детей разных возрастных групп, принципам диагностики, а также основным подходам к выбору лекарственных средств, применяемых для лечения аллергического ринита у детей на современном этапе. Allergic rhinitis occupies a significant place in the structure of allergic pathology of the child population. The number of patients with this disease in the general population is steadily increasing, acquiring epidemic proportions throughout the world and requiring pediatricians and allergists to develop and implement new diagnostic and treatment methods for allergic rhinitis in childhood. There are a number of drugs used in the treatment of this allergic pathology, the choice of which for the treatment of allergic rhinitis is determined both by the nature of the course of the disease and the severity of the clinical manifestations of this respiratory allergic disease in pediatric patients. The presented review article is devoted to the issues of etiology, pathogenesis, modern classification of allergic rhinitis, clinical manifestations of this disease in children of different age groups, diagnostic principles, as well as the main approaches to the choice of drugs used to treat allergic rhinitis in children at the present stage.
