The fifth generation of computers is artificial intelligence and AI is now reforming each sector. Advancement in every sector is based on AI; because it reduces the effort and provides robust results in healthcare patient monitoring, artificial intelligence technology has had a large impact on drug discovery, screening and treatment; AI is very helpful for early stage disease detection techniques for successful diagnoses of diseases like cancer and recovery of patients. Technologies like data mining and IoT-based frameworks with artificial intelligence are changing the way of the healthcare industry and providing benefits to doctors and patents. The AI-based robotics industry is also an emerging field in healthcare used in critical surgery and organ transplant. Artificial intelligence is not only beneficial for doctors and patients but also is used by insurance companies, the drug industry and hospital management. Many applications based on AI are used for diagnosis and disease identification. In the last decade, AI has also improved algorithms and application domains; currently, deep learning models are the best choice of scientists for image processing. Image processing is the technique which is widely used in healthcare like for X-ray or MRI examinations; these are based on graphical data, and image processing with machine learning is the best way to go through the graphical data and identify anomalies for medical diagnosis. In this chapter, we will go through the learning techniques through which we can identify the particular AI technique that we could implement to solve our problem for smart healthcare like brain-computer interfacing and intelligent vision for physically and visually disabled patients.
