The monograph contains the results of research concerning, firstly, new ideas about employees and about human resource management in the context of a reset of the labor market and sanctions restrictions. In the context of these directions, the competition factor is considered as an imperative to reset the supply and demand of labor, the specifics of the modern psyche and existential reality, the role of human capital in the sustainable development of the corporation. Secondly, the actual role of continuing education as a basis for the competitiveness of workers in a period of economic instability, its inclusive scenario and, as a consequence, knowledge, formed, including taking into account the policy of digitalization. Fifth, resetting approaches to personnel management: the formation of an organization's culture in the context of the development of information and communication technologies, the development of a system of documentation support for personnel management in order to reduce personnel and legal risks.
