The supervision of the construction works is one of the essential responsibilities of the Executing Units (UE), to guarantee the success of the projects in terms of scope, cost, deadline and quality. Therefore, a supervision scheme must be designed according to its complexity. This guide presents some of the different mechanisms to carry out the supervision of contracts for social infrastructure works, seeking to facilitate the selection of the most convenient supervision modality. Additionally, it includes protocols, strategies, methodologies and good practices that will serve as a reference for project teams.
