This report is a review of the Research Software Engineers Australia and New Zealand (RSE-AUNZ) community. It presents a summary of the results obtained from both the anonymous community survey and the steering committee survey conducted by the ARDC lead in April 2023. The primary purpose of this document is to provide an informed recommendation on the continuation of the community, outlining comments and suggestions from the community regarding the specific format in which the community should proceed.
