The supplementary file reports the dynamic of nuclear TOP1 protein expression in Caco-2 cells (Figure S1), the circadian parameter values for clock and irinotecan metabolism gene mRNA expressions in synchronized Caco-2 cells (Table S1), the model-predicted circadian parameter values for the main metabolism proteins involved in irinotecan pharmacology (Table S2), the results of an experimental replication study of irinotecan chronoPK in synchronized Caco-2 cells (Figure S2). In addition, the 24- mean values and acrophases of mRNA expression rhythms in the current study are compared to those previously-published (Figure S3). Main irinotecan PK and PD parameters are also compared between both studies (Table S3).
