PDF file - 85K, Biodistribution of anti-VEGFR2 Immunliposomes Analysis of tissue samples showed a non-significant trend to a higher concentration of ILs in parenchymal organs (lung, liver and spleen) but not in the tumor (A and B). Rip1Tag2 mice were treated with liposomes (black columns) and anti-VEGFR2 ILs (dotted columns), which were labelled with 3H-cholesteryl hexadecylether, injected via tail vein at a dose of 31.25 �mol phospholipid/kg mouse (cohorts of 4-6 mice x time point and treatment). At 24 (A) or 48 (B) hours mice and 3H-cholesteryl hexadecyl concentration were determined. The final distribution was expressed as % of injected dose (ID)/g tissue and % ID/concentration in blood circulation. Columns: mean; bars: SD (non-significant by Dunn's multiple comparison test).
