The study was performed with TCGA and GTEx data. Coding (COD) and long non-coding (LNC) genes were evaluated. B. Examples of clusters identified after analysis of GTEx RNA-Seq data. Clusters of coding and non-coding genes with similar expression profiles were identified by analysis of GTEx RNA-Seq data using neural networks. The box plot showing the expression in all samples and tissues examined of an artificial reference gene is shown. Cluster 218 represents 48 genes preferentially expressed in brain. The discontinuous red line marks the position of the lower quartile of expression in the highest-expressing tissue.
