Sterilization and disinfection of medical utensils is a crucial link in the biomedical application field. However, the existing medical sterilization devices have the problems of chemical residue, long sterilization time and large equipment volume, which is not conducive to the mobile front-line public health scene. Based on the background of low-temperature plasma sterilization technology, this paper proposes an atmospheric pressure portable dispersion discharge plasma sterilization method, which solves the problem of volume limitation of sterilization equipment in mobile scene. The device proposed in this paper adds air flow unit on the basis of needle plate corona discharge to promote the formation of discharge channel, improve the uniformity of active particles in the treatment chamber of the device, and realize the sterilization and disinfection effect of target metal ware in three-dimensional space by adding dielectric partition unit. The results show that at atmospheric pressure and room temperature, when the excitation power frequency is 3kHz and the voltage is 15kV, the relative luminous intensity of OH is the strongest and the discharge power is the highest. It can effectively kill Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus within 5min. It has a good biomedical application prospect.
