Τhe purpose of this deliverable is to describe all activities related to the design, implementation, and release of MARVEL’s Decision-Making Toolkit. This document sets the scope and the goals of the Decision-Making Toolkit, as well as discusses the process to achieve these, the using user design process, the definition of specific user journeys, and demonstration of the use cases. More specifically, the document details the user-centric design process followed for MARVEL, the internal architecture and its features, the requirements and specifications of the Toolkit, and an extensive demonstration of the selected use cases from the user point of view. Finally, a detailed description of the conclusions and the contributions to MARVEL’s objectives are setting the path to the final version of the Decision-Making Toolkit.
