MicroRNA Profiling in Paired Left and Right Eyes, Lungs, and Testes of Normal Mice

(Molecular Therapy: Nucleic Acids 21, 687–695; September 2020) In the originally published version of this article, Figure 3H mistakenly used the code of Figure 3F when programing, which made Figure 3H is the same with Figure 3F. Now, we have recalculated the data and redrawn Figure 3H and thus updated Figure 3. This mistake does not affect the conclusions in the article and the interpretation of the results remains unchanged. The authors regret this error.View Large Image Figure ViewerDownload Hi-res image Download (PPT) MicroRNA Profiling in Paired Left and Right Eyes, Lungs, and Testes of Normal MiceShi et al.Molecular Therapy - Nucleic AcidsJuly 9, 2020In BriefCui and colleagues identified differentially expressed miRNAs in paired left and right eyes, lungs, and testes of normal mice via RNA sequencing. The results were further confirmed by quantitative PCR assays. They revealed biological characteristics of these miRNAs, providing insights into the physiological and pathophysiological differences in paired organ systems. Full-Text PDF Open Access
