Pedagogia social en temps de pandèmia: reptes de l'acadèmia i de la recerca
Résumé fourni par la source
The purpose of this article is to reflect on the challenges that COVID-19 poses to academia and research, demonstrating the necessary presence of social education through research, transfer and teaching. From a socio-educational perspective, the new socio-educational needs generated by the COVID-19 crisis can only be addressed from a prospective, prescriptive and normative approach that enables a better understanding of new challenges, decision-making and effective, inclusive responses to real needs. In this context, the academic world is called on to make a firm commitment to reflection and educational innovation. Finding solutions to real problems requires an integrated, interdisciplinary approach to research. Moreover, university training should foster professional development by encouraging critical thinking and providing content and practices that help students to understand, problematize and respond to current social situations.
