Le résumé fourni par la source

Taking a certain type of small high-speed centrifugal fan as the research object, improved design of volute tongue with lateral step and biological surface bionic method. Constructed a three-dimensional model, used Ansys Fluent software, and use the LES model for transient numerical simulation calculations, evaluated the reliability of the improved volute tongue. Noise simulation and experiment were carried out on the prototype centrifugal fan and two improved volute tongue fans. The research results show that the under pressure of the three-type volute tongue centrifugal fan does not exceed the standard. Under rated work conditions, the difference in average total pressure between the stepped volute tongue centrifugal fan and the prototype volute tongue centrifugal fan is less than 0.1%, but compared to the prototype volute tongue, it is more discrete. The average total pressure of the bionic volute tongue centrifugal fan is 1.37% higher than that of the prototype volute tongue centrifugal fan. The performance reliability of the stepped volute tongue is poor, and the failure probability is 0.01521, which is higher than the prototype volute tongue and the bionic volute tongue. The global noise of the two improved volute tongue centrifugal fans has been reduced to varying degrees. The noise of the stepped volute tongue fan is reduced by 1.2%, and the noise of the bionic volute tongue fan is reduced by 1.53% The noise reduction effect of high-frequency noise is good.
