Le résumé fourni par la source

The main objective of this work is to study the influence of the internal diameter size in the triangular dental zirconium (Zr-7Cu-5Sn) implant. Dental implant affects bone tissue, in response to different mechanical stimuli, and it depends on some parameters (material stiffness, thread shape, thread pitch, length, diameter). Different researches, have been developed new models to describe the bone remodelling process, considering different bone stimuli (stress, strain energy, damage, cell biology, metabolic and external factors). The results about the chosen dental implant diameter, using a metallic zirconium material implant, give additional information about the transferred stress and strain energy density to the bone. In this way, it will be possible to guarantee the implant stability and sustain loads during or after osteointegration, using a material that has benefits to the biomechanical behaviour in general, highlighting the low elastic modulus.
