Using $980\text{ }\text{ }{\mathrm{fb}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$ of data collected with the Belle detector operating at the KEKB asymmetric-energy ${e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ collider, we report the measurements of the masses, and the first measurements of the instrinsic widths, of the ${\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Sigma}}}_{c}(2455{)}^{+}$ and ${\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Sigma}}}_{c}(2520{)}^{+}$ charmed baryons. We find $M({\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Sigma}}}_{c}(2455{)}^{+})\ensuremath{-}M({\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Lambda}}}_{c}^{+})=\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}166.17\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.0{5}_{\ensuremath{-}0.07}^{+0.16}\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{MeV}/{c}^{2}$, $\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Gamma}}({\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Sigma}}}_{c}(2455{)}^{+})=2.3\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.3\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.3\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{MeV}/{c}^{2}$, $M({\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Sigma}}}_{c}(2520{)}^{+})\ensuremath{-}M({\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Lambda}}}_{c}^{+})=\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}230.9\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.{5}_{\ensuremath{-}0.1}^{+0.5}\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{MeV}/{c}^{2}$, and $\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Gamma}}({\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Sigma}}}_{c}(2520{)}^{+})={17.2}_{\ensuremath{-}2.1\ensuremath{-}0.7}^{+2.3+3.1}\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{MeV}/{c}^{2}$, where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. These measurements can be used to test models of the underlying quark structure of the ${\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Sigma}}}_{c}$ states.
