The serum level of N-terminal pro-b-type natriuretic peptide (NT-pro BNP) would be affected by some other factors. To recognize the influential factors of serum NT-pro BNP level is very important for making accurate diagnosis and outcome-prediction. The study aimed to evaluate the influence of concurrently-existed factors on serum NT-pro BPN levels among patients with heart failure. This retrospective study was conducted enrolling adult patients with hospitalization-requiring heart failure (HF) from January 2011 to December 2013.
