The elements of this study is as follows: Introduction: The introduction included the significance of jurisprudence and the related rules and parameters, the effect of jurisprudence on jurist while he is extracting judgments, causes of subject selection and the fact that it is still subject to research and study, the methodology of the study, and the study plan. Preamble: The preamble included a biography for the author of book the subject matter of this research – and the author's life and effects. Section One: included four chapters. Chapter one: defined the science of jurisprudence rules, and how to differentiate it from other rules. Chapter two: discussed the historical background of jurisprudence rules. Chapter three: gave definition to the jurisprudence parameter and how to differentiate it from the jurisprudence rule. Chapter four: discussed how jurists used the jurisprudence rule as an evidence and their opinions therein. Section two: included jurisprudence rules in Almubdie book, a sixteen rules. Section three: included jurisprudence parameters in Zakat Book, a sixteen parameters, in Fasting Book, a twenty one parameters, and in Jihad Book, a fifteen parameters. The research included a conclusion, which contained the results and recommendations of the research.
