Aiming at the problem of low intelligence of control of secret carriers, based on the analysis of three application modes of centralized carrier control, access control monitoring and remote tracking, context-aware technology is introduced, through identity, location, distance, direction, trajectory, etc. Based on the context-aware information, a secret carrier intelligent management model including context acquisition, context fusion, context modeling, context inference and control decision-making is established, which provides theoretical basis for the implementation of the secret carriers' intelligent management and controlling.
