This paper starts with the outline of user experience and the significance of the indicator system in mobile applications in the electric-power industry, the establishment of user experience evaluation system for mobile applications in electric-power industry is discussed in detail from the aspects of the design, composition, calculate standard of indicator system. Emphasis on starting from the user perspective to comprehensively improve user service level in the electric-power industry mobile application.
