El Derecho Penal se convirtio en un vehiculo para la implementacion de un Estado Policial que llevo a cabo una guerra racial de exterminio contra categorias enteras de seres humanos. A traves de este estudio analizamos en que consistio esta revolucion y que forma final adopto este nuevo Derecho penal. EnglishNational Socialism operated a legal revolution that affected all the bases of the Law established so far. Criminal Law became a vehicle for the implementation of a Police State that carried out a racial war of extermination against entire categories of human beings. Through this study we analyzed what this revolution consisted of and what final form adopted this new criminal Law.
