The application of early enteral nutrition for acute severe pancreatitis

Objective: To explore the affection of early enteral nutrition in curing acute severe pancreatitis.Methods: Retrospective analysis the clinical data of 46 cases with acute severe pancreatitis,then the affection of early enteral nutrition were meta analysed.Results: Four patients were died,the other patients(41 cases) were successful treatment.Conclusion: The early enteral nutrition not only supported the general nutrion,but also kept the function of intestinal mucosa.Individualized enteral nutrition should be applied to suitable patients with acute severe pancreatitis in the early time.
