Engineering Measurement Method of New Energy Consumption Based on Multi-Constraint Analysis

This paper analyzes the mechanism of new energy consumption. Considering the time scale of planning, this paper puts forward an engineering calculation method for evaluation the multi-type new energy consumption, such as wind, photovoltaic. Considering the constraints of power balance and peak shaving, the method can estimate electricity characteristic index of new energy such as the annual abandonment proportion of wind and photovoltaic, annual utilization hours, etc. the principle is simple and intuitive, the calculation is small and easy to analyze.
