espanolA veces, parece lejano el concepto de educacion musical como situacion de diversion y entretenimiento, que necesitaba espacios y horarios al final del dia, cuando las lecciones de musica podrian servir para llenar los espacios vacios de la escuela en las horas de la tarde cuando ya las otras materias, como matematicas, geometria, historia,… habian sido ensenadas en las primeras horas de la jornada, porque aun se pensaba que en esos horarios matutinos, la mente estaba mas atenta y despierta, cerrando de esta manera la posibilidad de comenzar el dia diferente, y tambien formativa en espiritu y mente como es la actividad musical que, como las demas disciplinas, tiene tambien reglas y estructuras que ayudan al desarrollo del pensamiento. Desafortunadamente, en muchos lugares esa situacion sigue vigente y se ignoran las investigaciones, las teorias pedagogicas y diversas conclusiones a las que han llegado tantos profesionales situando la ensenanza de la musica como elemento indispensable e integral en la formacion de las personas y como vehiculo que potencia las estructuras del pensamiento humano. Este trabajo expone la experiencia y perspectiva profesional del desarrollo personal y profesional de las personas a traves de la educacion musical, y su importancia para la creatividad del nino y la nina y su papel en la inclusion. EnglishA long time ago, it was believed that the first hours of the day were the best ones to teach. In fact, people considered that subjects such as math, geometry or history should be taught early in the morning since they considered the mind was more receptive to internalize concepts. As a result of this misconception, the possibility to start the day with a discipline that not only educates the body, but also the spirit and the mind was not viable at all. Artistic education and especially musical education also has rules and structures that can help develop intelligence. Nowadays, this situation has changed. Indeed, one can realize how musical education is as important as the other subjects taught at school. Unfortunately, in many places around the world, “the old”educational concepts are still being applied. Without a doubt, the new theories, research and studies made by professionals have been totally put aside and not used or all. These studies have shown that music is an essential element in people’s integral formation and also a way that promotes the structures of human thought. This work shows the experience and professional perspective about the mental and harmonious development on humans through musical education. It also proves its importance to develop and educate based in the child’s creativity as well as the fundamental role of music within education.
