change in estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) (ACE) was calculated and ACE [ eGFRpostoperative-eGFRpreoperative.RESULTS: Of all the 135 patients,in multivariate linear regression analysis, preoperative eGFR (P<0.001),pathological type (P[0.007),lymph node metastasis (P[0.005),distant metastasis (P[0.031) and postoperative complications (P[0.005) were significant predictive factors of ACE.In multivariate analysis, preoperative eGFR (P<0.001),operation approach (P[0.021),sarcomatoid differentiation (P[0.027) and postoperative complications (P[0.028) were risk factors of predicting worse postoperative renal function.According to receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis, the cut off value of ACE was 13.9 and ACE>13.9indicated the worse CSS (P[ 0.038).CONCLUSIONS: We explored several clinicopathological risk factors of predicting postoperative renal function in a large center.The ACE was prognostic risk factors for CSS in RCC with tumor thrombus patients and ACE>13.9indicated the worse prognosis.
