Through a collaboration between the NINDS, National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the CDC, Version 1.0 of CDE recommendations are being developed for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS). The goals of this project are to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical research studies and treatment, increase data quality, facilitate data sharing and aggregation of information across studies, and help educate new clinical investigators.
