Systemic and local levels of sTNF-RII in patients with acute pyelonephritis were significantly decreased, in chronic disease course, this tendency continued, but in complete remission the amount of sTNF-RII in blood and urine did not differ from normal values. Conclusions. Decreased level of sTNF-RII blood and urine on a background of increased concentration of TNFα in pyelonephritis in children can be recognized as a measure of chronization of inflammation process.
