__Abstract__ \n \nThere are many treatment options for neuroendocrine tumors, including surgical \nresection, chemotherapy, (radio) embolization, radiofrequency ablation (RFA), targeted \ndrug therapy and peptide receptor radionuclide therapy. This thesis focuses on attempts \nto combine some of these methods in order to improve treatment outcome in patients \nwith neuroendocrine tumors (NETs).
